These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "Player", "you") and luckyd88 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at luckyd88.cam and all related gaming services, software, content, and features provided therein.

luckyd88 is an internationally licensed online gaming platform. • You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order currently in effect, whether imposed by luckyd88 or another gambling operator.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You may maintain only one (1) registered account on luckyd88. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of balances.

By completing registration, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all eligibility criteria stated above. luckyd88 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

To register an account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. You must promptly update your account information if it changes.

luckyd88 implements a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with our international licensing obligations and anti-money laundering (AML) standards. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. We may also require KYC prior to granting access to certain promotional offers or higher deposit limits.

Standard KYC documentation accepted includes:

• Valid Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad) — front and back
• Valid Malaysian or international passport (photo page)
• Malaysian Driver's Licence
• Proof of address: utility bill (TNB, Indah Water, Syabas) or bank statement issued within the last three (3) months
• A selfie photograph holding the submitted ID document

KYC review is typically completed within 24–48 hours of document submission. luckyd88 reserves the right to request additional documentation where the standard submission is insufficient to verify identity or address. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe following a withdrawal request may have that request held pending verification.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. luckyd88 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to safeguard your login details. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

luckyd88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM). The following payment methods are supported for deposits: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amount: RM 30, unless otherwise specified in a promotion.
• Deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• luckyd88 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction charges.
• You may only deposit funds from payment instruments registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: RM 50, unless otherwise specified.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically possible.
• Standard processing time is 15 minutes to 2 hours; in exceptional circumstances processing may extend to 24 hours.
• Withdrawal requests submitted outside business hours may be subject to a short additional processing delay.
• KYC verification must be fully approved prior to processing any withdrawal.
• Where a Player has claimed a bonus, the applicable wagering requirement must be fulfilled before Real Money winnings attributable to that bonus may be withdrawn.
• luckyd88 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that trigger AML thresholds, which may extend processing time.

luckyd88 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the time of the offer and which form part of this Agreement when a Player claims a promotion.

General bonus conditions applicable to all promotions unless otherwise stated:

• One bonus per household, IP address, and payment method: Bonus abuse through multiple accounts or shared payment instruments will result in cancellation of all associated bonuses and account review.
• Wagering requirement: All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement stated at the time of the offer. Wagering requirements must be met before associated winnings are eligible for withdrawal.
• Maximum bet during bonus play: While Bonus Funds are active, a maximum stake per bet applies — typically between RM 250 and RM 500. Bets exceeding this cap while using Bonus Funds may void the bonus and related winnings.
• Game contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live dealer and table games typically contribute 10%–20%. Specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus expiry: Bonuses expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the stated validity window, typically 7, 14, or 30 days from credit.
• Maximum cashout: Certain bonuses impose a cap on withdrawable winnings generated from bonus play. The cap applicable to each offer is stated in that offer's specific terms.
• luckyd88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Participation in a promotion constitutes acceptance of both these general conditions and the specific terms of that promotion. Players who breach bonus terms will have their bonus and associated winnings voided.

By using luckyd88, you agree to use the Platform solely for its intended purpose: lawful personal entertainment through online gaming. You agree to:

• Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration and throughout your use of the Platform;
• Use only payment instruments that belong to you and are registered in your own legal name;
• Maintain the security of your account credentials and not share your login details with any third party;
• Immediately notify luckyd88 support if you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party;
• Comply with all applicable local laws regarding online gambling in your jurisdiction of residence;
• Use the Platform's responsible gambling tools — including deposit limits, session reminders, and self-exclusion — if you believe your gambling activity is becoming problematic;
• Not access the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on luckyd88 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to law enforcement authorities:

• Bonus abuse: Creating multiple accounts, using shared payment methods, or exploiting promotional terms to gain unfair advantage.
• Collusion: Co-ordinating play with other players to manipulate game outcomes in live or player-versus-player game formats.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to deposit and withdraw funds for any purpose other than genuine gaming entertainment, regardless of the source of those funds.
• Use of automated tools: Employing bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with the Platform in lieu of genuine manual play.
• Fraudulent chargebacks: Disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider after funds have been used for gaming purposes.
• Impersonation: Registering using another person's identity, or using forged or falsified documents during KYC verification.
• Exploitation of technical errors: Taking advantage of any software malfunction, display error, or pricing error on the Platform. Winnings derived from exploited errors will be voided.
• VPN and proxy use to circumvent geo-restrictions: Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction through the use of VPN, proxy, or similar tools.

All content on the luckyd88 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game engines, graphics, logos, trademarks, icons, text, audio, video, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of luckyd88 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by international intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without express written authorisation from luckyd88;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or algorithm used on the Platform;
• Frame, scrape, or republish any content from the Platform on any third-party website or application;
• Use luckyd88's trade name, trademarks, or logos without prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of luckyd88's intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, luckyd88, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.

luckyd88's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. luckyd88 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding:

• The uninterrupted or error-free availability of the Platform;
• The accuracy, completeness, or currency of odds, scores, or other data displayed on the Platform;
• The fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose beyond lawful online gaming entertainment.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit luckyd88's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

luckyd88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a requested timeframe;
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction;
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months (dormant account policy applies — see below).

Dormant Account Policy: Accounts that have had no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. A monthly administration fee of RM 20 will be deducted from the dormant account's Real Money Balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. Players will be notified by email prior to dormancy fees taking effect.

Upon account closure initiated by the Player, any Real Money Balance subject to no outstanding wagering requirement will be refunded to the Player's verified withdrawal method within five (5) business days. Bonus Funds and any winnings subject to unmet wagering requirements will be forfeited.

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you may deposit into your account.
• Loss limits: Restrict the maximum amount you may lose in a defined period.
• Session time reminders: Receive a notification after a defined duration of continuous play.
• Reality checks: Periodic pop-up notifications displaying time spent and net balance change during a session.
• Self-exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from all gaming activities on the Platform. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon request and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period.
• Account cooling-off period: A short-term pause on your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days without full self-exclusion.

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active and for a period thereafter as required by our licensing obligations and applicable anti-money laundering regulations. Data is stored using industry-standard encryption and is not sold to third-party commercial entities.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which luckyd88 holds its primary operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including disputes regarding their existence, validity, breach, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction.

luckyd88 does not represent that the Platform or its Services are lawful, appropriate, or available for use in Malaysia or any other specific jurisdiction. Malaysian users access the Platform at their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with their local laws. The availability of the Platform to users in Malaysia does not constitute a representation by luckyd88 that such access is legal under Malaysian law.

luckyd88 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players by email notification or via a prominent notice on the Platform homepage prior to taking effect, with a minimum notice period of seven (7) days where reasonably practicable.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain aware of any updates. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.
